Seller Agreement | All Clear Gear Marketplace

This Agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and rights of all sellers on the All Clear Gear Multi-Vendor Marketplace hosted via Shopify and managed through Webkul.

1. Seller Eligibility

  • Only approved sellers may list gear.

  • Preference is given to active-duty military personnel or verified veteran gear resellers.

  • Seller approval is at the sole discretion of All Clear Gear.

2. Product Standards

  • All gear must be clean, functional, and accurately represented.

  • Broken, incomplete, or heavily damaged items must be clearly labeled.

  • Photos must be original, well-lit, and clearly show the gear.

  • No restricted items may be listed (e.g. weaponry, medical devices, expired gas masks, etc.).

3. Listings & Conduct

  • Duplicate listings, spam, and external links are prohibited.

  • All listings are subject to approval before going live.

  • You may not promote competitor websites, platforms, or personal stores.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • You are responsible for shipping gear within 3 business days of purchase.

  • Tracking numbers must be uploaded via the vendor dashboard.

  • Buyers must be notified of any shipping delays immediately.

  • Failure to ship in a timely manner may result in account deactivation.

5. Returns & Disputes

  • If a buyer receives misrepresented or defective gear, the seller must issue a refund or replacement.

  • All Clear Gear may mediate disputes at its discretion to maintain buyer trust.

6. Payouts & Fees

  • All Clear Gear charges a 10% commission per sale.

  • Sellers must link a Stripe or PayPal account to receive payouts.

  • Sellers are responsible for any taxes associated with their revenue.

7. First Right of Refusal

  • If All Clear Gear believes your listing is significantly underpriced, we reserve the right to purchase the item before it is made public.

8. Account Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or remove any seller who violates marketplace standards, fails to deliver products, or engages in dishonest conduct.

9. Agreement Acceptance

By checking the box on the intake form and submitting your application, you confirm you have read and agree to abide by the terms of this Seller Agreement.

At All Clear Gear, your privacy and security are a priority. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you submit a seller application for our multi-vendor marketplace.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit your application, we may collect:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Military status (active-duty, branch, etc.)

  • Unit or MOS

  • Location/Base

  • Sample product photos

  • Payout preference (Stripe or PayPal email)

  • Other application-related information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data you provide to:

  • Evaluate your seller eligibility

  • Contact you for approval or follow-up

  • Set up your vendor account in our system

  • Send onboarding instructions and platform access

  • Facilitate payouts via Stripe or PayPal

  • Track vendor application insights for internal use

3. Who Has Access

  • Only authorized All Clear Gear team members will access your information.

  • Your data is not shared, sold, or transferred to outside parties without your explicit consent.

  • Marketplace transactions and payouts are securely processed via Shopify and Stripe/PayPal.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data using secure forms, encryption, and restricted admin access. All Clear Gear operates in alignment with Shopify and LeadConnector/GoHighLevel data protection policies.

5. Your Consent

By submitting your seller application, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with this policy.
