How does your on base gear pick up and drop off work?
Once you book your cleaning on our website, you will immediately receive an email to book your gear drop off to us. It will be returned to you on base according to your purchased turnaround time.
What are your gear cleaning packages?
We offer a full cleaning + build your own clean. The full clean is all of your gear. The build your own is exactly how it sounds, you can select the items you want cleaned. Check out our packages here.
Do you provide an expedited turnaround time?
Yes, we offer different turnaround times for your convenience. You will be prompted to select the one that is best for you during the checkout process.
What happens if I get to CIF and they turn me away after I’ve used your service?
We guarantee our work. If for some reason a piece of gear does not pass inspection, we will make it right by having it quickly re-cleaned. We see a 99% pass rate from our services, so this is not common.
